It is Round 2 of the Manx Gas Cross Country this Sunday at Nobles Park with signing on from 1.15 with first race away at 2pm.

If you didn't run in Round 1 you can obtain an entry form from http://www.iomaa.info/crosscountry.htm.
The Nobles course is probably my favorite course, Glen Lough is a bit too twisty for me and i can never get a good rhythm going. Nobles is a nice quick course, although there is a chance it could be a bit muddy after all this rain this week but that adds to the fun!!!
I hope i go as well as i did at Glen Lough, training has gone really apart from Sand Dune training last week, now that was hard!!!!
Nige Armstrong will be missing this time round but we welcome back Ed Gumbley and Darren Gray who are both going well, so the race should be even more exciting at the front of the field.
If anyone can help set out the course on sunday meet at 11.50 at Nobles Park.
